Limited Warranty Powmax offers one year warranty for all POWMAX products from the date of purchase. This warranty shall not apply if the item is modified, misused, tampered with, subjected to abnormal working conditions, or transferred to someone other than the original consumer purchaser.
Request an RMA To request a return material authorization (RMA) number, please follow the steps outlined below. An RMA number must be obtained before products can be returned to Powmax. Failure to comply these steps will cause delay in RMA processing. For Resellers/Authorized Dealers: 1. Fill out RMA request form (download form below if not available) 2. Specify invoice and model number (Invoice NO. is requried) 3. RMA number will be issued upon verification and notified within 48 hours (please do not call within the required processing time frame) 3. Once the RMA is obtained, clearly write all RMA number on the outside of each package being returned. It will take 5 business days to process from the date of received.
For End-User Purchasers: Please contact the original place of purchase for warranty service. All RMA related issues will be handled through our authorized dealers and resellers. In some circumstances, we may process a "One-Time" courtesy exchange (fill out form below) for your valid purchase (a proof of purchase is required). However, we reserve the right to inspect and test the product to determine the cause of failure (failures other than product defect may be returned without replacement).
